Damaged or Faulty Goods

All of our jackets are made from thrifted denim, which means each one is unique and may show minor signs of wear, such as faded areas, small imperfections, or removed brand tags. These variations are part of the charm of upcycled fashion and are not considered defects.

All of our hats, shirts and hoodies are new, not upcycled. We have tried and tested multiple brands and materials to ensure top quality.

Spelling of names/wording on custom jackets and hats are at the discretion of the buyer. Please double check all spelling before submitting your order.

We thoroughly inspect each item before sending it out, but if your item arrives with a significant flaw not mentioned in the product description, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order—we’ll do our best to make it right!
