Where do you find the jackets?

We thrift all of our denim jackets from secondhand stores right here in Calgary, Alberta. Each piece is handpicked for quality, cleaned, and given new life through custom embroidery.

Are the jackets new or used?

We use gently worn, high-quality secondhand denim. Upcycling helps us reduce textile waste and makes each jacket completely unique. In the case of custom jacket sizes, where the sizing can’t be found thrifted, we will order the jacket new.

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, we love bringing your ideas to life! Head to our Stitch Bar and first select the Customized Jacket option. There you will select your preferred denim wash and size. Once that has been added to your cart you can head back to the Stitch Bar to pick the designs you love—small, large, or both—and place your order. Each jacket can hold one large design on the center of the back, two small designs on either side of the back, plus a name up top. Once we get your order, we’ll pop into your inbox to chat about your custom artwork and have you send over your images for digitizing. We’ll size everything just right for your little one’s jacket, so all you have to do is dream it up and wait for the magic to arrive.

What sizes do you offer?

Our sizes depend on what we’re able to thrift, but we try to stock a variety of baby and toddler sizes ranging from 0-3 months to 5T. Follow us on Instagram for restocks and new drops!

How should I care for my ROOKE Denim jacket?

Spot clean when possible and wash in cold water if needed. Lay flat to dry to keep the embroidery looking fresh. Never iron directly onto the embroidery.

What sizes do the hats come in?

All of our hats are one size unisex snapbacks.

What kind of hats do you use?

We use high-quality, structured hats selected for comfort, durability, and everyday wear.

Are the designs embroidered or printed?

All designs are professionally embroidered for a long-lasting, elevated finish. Embroidery is one of the most durable decoration methods. With proper care, your hat will last for years!

How do I care for my hat?

We recommend spot cleaning only. Avoid machine washing to maintain the shape and embroidery.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. If there’s an issue with your order, please reach out — we’ll make it right!
